The Worth Ryder Art Gallery and the Department of Art Practice are deeply honored to host Airborne – a memorial retrospective exhibition of paintings and photographs by Professor Emeritus Robert Hartman (1926 – 2015). Featuring Hartman’s rarely-seen early Abstract Expressionist canvasses, as well as digital infrared aerial photography from the last year of his life, the exhibition will run from February 17th through March 11th.

Save the date: On February 22nd the Wiesenfeld Visiting Artist Lecture Series will present the first Speculative Lecture featuring Gordon Hall, the founder of the Center for Experimental Lectures, who will presenting “Holding the Room as an Aside” a propositional/improvisational movement and speech-based lecture in-the-round utilizing a pair of six-foot-high three-dimensional parentheses.
